​EACH MODULE CAN BE TAKEN AS CPD CERTIFICATION for YA 
COMPLETE ALL 5 MODULES + 20HR LOGBOOK & RECEIVE 200HR YOGA CERTIFICATE

During social distancing all modules can be experienced in the comfort of home with the live, interactive community and support of SMALL group online training with direct support from your ERYT teacher. You will need to attend all hours to certify.

MODULE 1 - 60HR YIN YOGA FUNDAMENTALS CERTIFICATE
* Yin Yoga Philosophy, Tao, 5 Element Theory
* Yin Yoga Anatomy - Skeletal Variation, Body Proportion & Biomechanics
* Fascia & Modern Meridian Theory, Fascia Science, "Stretch" Science, Embryonics
* Paul Grilley Method (14/10/7)
​* Yin Yoga Asana, Props, Modifications, Alternate Asana
* Pregnancy Considerations
* Daily Yin Yoga Practice with Live Interactive Instruction - practice with teacher trainees from around the world and be supported by this training community
* Learn the art of online teaching whilst experiencing a nourishing yin practice

​MODULE 2 - 60HR YIN YOGA SEQUENCING & TEACHING SKILLS
Pre-requisite Yin Yoga Fundamentals or pre-approved yin training

* Yogic Philosophy & Intro to Mindfulness
* Trauma conscious language, cueing & planning
* Myofascial Lines, Advanced Fascia Anatomy
* Nidra - crafting in your unique voice
* Sequencing considerations
* Teaching considerations - private, small group, large group & interactive online
* Practicum class planning & teaching with journaling & interactive feedback
* Experience daily yin yoga practices (mindful, attitude, MFR, functional anatomy, Acuyin)

​​MODULE 3 - 30HR Certificate MFR, Myofascia Yoga, Roll & Release
includes the Roll Model Method Book, Training & 4 Size Ball Kit,  Streamable sequences PLUS Live Training

* This is not a pre-recorded online training or a go at your own pace training, it is fully interactive and live with ample opportunity to ask questions (of trainer and fellow course participants), to provide input and to both receive and provide support in a heart centred community

* TRAINING SIZE & Language? Training sizes are capped at 8 participants to ensure you receive personalised attention and opportunity to interact in all trainings. English.
* I am not very technical, will I manage? yes the platform is easy to navigate and you will have the full support of your trainer and mentor teacher to guide and empower you
* Can I just watch videos and pass? NO this is NOT a pre-recorded training. This is live and interactive and attendance is required for both competency, certification and for us to empower you with the tools to share these practices
* When are the trainings? Check our calendar for May and June dates- new dates announced April.
* What materials are supplied - comprehensive TT manual, yoga block, strap, Roll Model Method Book, 4 size MFR ball kit. You will need to supply own mat, bolster & blanket.
* Pre-requisites are listed where necessary. It is expected that you have at least one year yoga practice to enroll and that you are physically fit to practice. If in doubt please seek medical advice prior to enrolling.
